We at Village Barber hope that you are very happy with the products you buy from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 7 days of the date after you receive your goods.
The Distance Selling Regulations state that your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn’t end until seven working days from the day after you receive your goods.
When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags. On receipt of the returned goods we will inspect them and if compliant with our returns policy we will refund you the full value of the purchase including the initial costs of delivery to you. You are responsible for the return postage/delivery costs to us.
Condition of Returns
You must return the goods in perfect condition, not opened, no seals broken, not used or damaged and in the original packaging – otherwise the return may be considered non-compliant for refund.
Returning Faulty Goods
If you receive faulty goods and wish to return them, The Distance Selling Regulations are in addition to your standard legal rights. We are of course happy to replace faulty goods. You are responsible for the return postage/delivery costs.
How do I return an item?
Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:
- Re-pack the goods in its original packaging with labels and any tags still attached.
- The goods must comply with the ‘Condition of Returns’ shown above.
- Place the re-packaged goods in your own packaging ready for posting back to us.
- You are responsible for the return postage/delivery costs.
- Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office.
- Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.
- Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
- The same applies if you use a courier or other delivery service.
