I am impressed by the service, the gift voucher was received extremely quickly. The envelope in which it had been posted was emblazoned with the logo, excellent marketing. However, had it been a surprise gift for anyone in the household it would have been a dead giveaway.
I would like to see a brief description of what to expect, a description of the stages, equipment used, the positive benefits of the process. This all enriches and informs the anticipation of attending the shop.
An information leaflet outlining the products used, their function and the benefits which may be gained.
